I have always wanted to do Tough Mudder, looks awesome (awesome in a you are going to die kind of way). So after seeing some posts on facebook I have decided to jump on the get fit wagon and do this!
Week 1 Day 1:
Weight: 14 stone (absolutely disgusting)
Running ability: once around my local field
Exercise today:
Hip hop abs cardio dvd (30 minutes)
Run around the field with the puppy (5 minutes) with a 15 minute walk
Food so far:
Left over roast potatoes, with cabbage, broccoli and chorizo
Crunchie
Dinner TBC
I am feeling good. Bring it!
